When we conduct agricultural irrigation, a very common way is to use drip irrigation belt, which is a commonly used sprinkler irrigation equipment. It is simple and convenient to use and easy to install. It is mainly to effectively save water resources during sprinkler irrigation. The development of its agriculture has played a certain role. The device has a skill, that is, it can be heated. Let's take a look at its heating method.
1. Steam heating
When the production requires the heating temperature to be below 100 °C, we can use steam to heat the equipment, which is to use steam below one atmospheric pressure to heat the equipment; when the temperature is required to be in the range of 100-180 °C, we have to use it. Saturated steam; when the temperature requirements are higher, we use high-pressure superheated steam for heating.
2. Electric heating
Electric heating is wound on the insulating layer of the equipment barrel through the resistance wire or installed on a special insulator at a distance from the drip irrigation belt. Therefore, a small space gap is formed between the resistance wire and the belt body of the equipment. .
3. Water heating
When our production process does not require high temperature, we can use water heating for heating. The water heating system is divided into two types: open type and closed type. The open type is relatively simple. It consists of a circulating pump, a water tank, a pipeline and a regulator for controlling the valve. When high-pressure water is used, the mechanical strength of the equipment is high. The outer surface of the reaction kettle is welded with a coiled pipe. The thermal resistance increases and the heat transfer effect decreases.
After reading the above three points, we learned to read another content about drip irrigation belt. Another thing worth mentioning is - to judge the quality of the equipment, the quality of the equipment directly affects the effect of our use, and the technical level of some manufacturers does not meet the relevant requirements, and they do not follow the standards. Production will lead to the unqualified quality of the equipment produced. When we buy unqualified equipment, there will be many problems in use, so this requires us to learn to distinguish the pros and cons of the equipment.
